About AvoirWealth

Personal finance, built the way Canadians actually invest.

AvoirWealth brings net worth, investments, and budgeting into one clear picture, with the analytics serious investors expect, priced and built for Canada.

Avoir

In French, avoir carries two meanings at once. As a verb it means to have, to hold, to own. As a noun, un avoir means a holding, an asset, what's yours on a balance sheet.

That's the idea. Your accounts, investments, and spending are scraps on their own. Together they're a picture. AvoirWealth is the verb that makes them whole, and the noun that names what they actually are: yours.

Every month, the spreadsheets got a little bigger.

Not one spreadsheet. Several. One for net worth, one for investments, one for FX rates, one to reconcile lot tracking for non-registered accounts, another just to split groceries with a partner. It worked, technically. But it took a full Sunday every month and broke every time a brokerage changed its CSV format.

The alternatives didn't fit. Mint left Canada. The American tools don't understand TFSA, RRSP, or FHSA. The ones that offer bank syncing are convenient right up until the moment they aren't. There's always one bank, one credit union, one account that doesn't connect, and suddenly the picture is incomplete again.

The real problem was never laziness or avoidance. It was the opposite: too much time spent on the mechanics, not enough signal coming back out. Importing, reconciling, updating, and at the end of it, still not being able to answer the questions that actually matter. Am I on track? What changed this month? Where should I focus?

AvoirWealth takes away the work. The numbers are organized, the picture is complete, and when you sit down with your finances you're making decisions, not doing data entry.

It's paid. One subscription, no tiers, no ads, no selling your data to someone who will. You pay for the product. The product works for you.

Your money,
finally in focus.
